If you are tight on a budget, you wont always have cash to get your cats and kitties new toys. We all know how much they love to play and interact with different items. There are always free options, nine of which can be found here, but for those of us out there who still insist on buying toys, here are some options most cats love that won’t leave your wallet coughing up dust.
